Service Policy

This page explains how I work, what you can expect when you hire me, and the few simple terms that keep every project fair and transparent. My goal is to make the process feel reassuring, not legalistic.

Revisions

Every mix includes unlimited revisions. I want you to feel completely comfortable giving feedback until we reach the result you are looking for. There is no fixed revision limit.

Refund Policy

If, after working through revisions together, we genuinely cannot reach your vision, I offer a full refund. The only condition is that my mix or master may not be used, released, distributed or commercially exploited in any form after a refund has been issued.

Payments

Payments are made through a PayPal invoice sent directly by me. You can pay using the payment methods supported by PayPal in your country. Work begins once payment has been received.

VAT / Taxes

VAT may be added depending on where you are located and whether the purchase is made as a private individual or as a registered business. Any applicable taxes are calculated before invoicing so the total is clear upfront.

Turnaround Time

My goal is to deliver most projects within approximately 48 hours. However, this is a target rather than a guarantee. If additional time is needed, I will always inform you in advance and provide an updated estimated delivery date. Communication is always prioritised.

Project Acceptance

I reserve the right to decline any project before accepting payment. This may happen if:

  • I do not believe I am the right engineer for the project.
  • The material falls outside my expertise.
  • The content conflicts with my personal or professional standards.

If I decline a project before work begins, no payment will be requested.

File Delivery

Finished files will be delivered digitally. You will receive high-quality WAV files unless another format has been agreed beforehand. Additional file formats can usually be provided on request.

Client Responsibilities

Please provide the highest quality source files available. Any reference tracks, notes or creative direction should be supplied before work begins whenever possible. This helps achieve the best possible result and minimises revisions.

Communication

I aim to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible. If a project requires additional discussion or clarification, I will always communicate this directly with you.
